STEP 1 Real Estate Services was founded as a construction company in 2015. Through strategic partnerships and calculated growth, we now offer our clients a wide variety of construction services. Our core business and area of expertise still lies in tenant improvements, so we work hard to build long-lasting relationships with our customers, subcontractors and other business partners. Today, 80% of our projects come from repeat customers, with some dating all the way back to inception.
