This tenant remodel was an occupied 20 floor condominium complex, which included an extensive demo/remodel of the first floor lobby. Scope included new flooring, new paint, and carpentry work on each of the 20 residential floors. Overall, the lobby upgrade boasted a more modern, youthful look and feel!
